When will I receive my order?

Standard production time is 7 to 10 business days for most items, or 10 to 15 for custom apparel. Certain items and larger orders may take longer. For questions on timing, please contact us. 

Can you meet my event date?

If you have an event date, please inform us. We will do everything we can to meet your event date. Tight turns may incur express fees. If you require a tight turn, please call 763-537-3422.

How much is express production?

Express production is a service we offer in the instance that you need your order faster than our standard production time. All orders are placed in a queue with a standard order production of 7-10 business days. Any order using Express Production jumps to the front of queue so it can be ready by your in-hands date.

Our Express Production charges are as follows:

Same day – 50%

1-day – 40%

2-day – 30%

3-day – 20%

4-day – 10%

Minimum - $35.00

That percentage is applied to the total product price. Art, set-ups, and shipping do not incur an Express Production charges.

Do you offer shipping?

We can ship to addresses anywhere in the world. Just provide a shipping address and a means of payment. Shipping and handling will be added to the order. All orders will ship the next business day after the order is ready. For orders that require art approval, items will ship out 7 to 10 business days after art approval.

Can I order over the phone?

Absolutely, we have sales people standing by during business hours, Monday - Friday, 8:30 - 5:00. 763-537-3422

Do you keep records of my past orders?

Yes. We keep orders up to 7 years, so we can reference back to what you have done in the past to keep your style consistent. If that's what you'd like, just say so.

What if I change my mind after ordering?

We will attempt to accommodate, but items may be subject to a restocking fee. Items already imprinted cannot be altered or exchanged. Please call to see if a change is possible.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

We will work with you to get what you need. If it's our mistake, we will fix or replace them.

Can I return my items for a refund?

Since awards are personalized and therefore cannot be reused, we are unable to offer returns or refunds unless the item is received incorrect. This includes apparel.

Can you help me find the right item?

Absolutely! We like to think of our selves as your real estate agents for this industry. We will gladly help you find the best items that fit you and your budget. 

Do you recycle old awards and trophies?

We do not. You can contact Leonardo's Basement, they are an organization in Minneapolis that will reuse old trophies for children's art projects. 

Shipping

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.
