Artwork Requirements

Artwork may be provided to us via email, USB, CD, or hard copy. Email your sales representative or send to sales@altahonors.com

Production delays can occur when digital artwork is provided in a format other than what is stated below. Please contact us if you have any questions about the suitability of your digital files or any of our format requirements.

Please DO NOT submit any graphics from the web, as they are in a resolution setting (generally 96 dpi) that is too low for our processes to reproduce attractively. We reserve the right to refuse any artwork that will not meet our quality standards when reproduced with our equipment and processes.

#1 Adobe Illustrator – Creative Cloud or earlier, .ai or .eps (original vector art with text converted to outlines/curves)

#2 Adobe Photoshop – Creative Cloud or earlier, .pdf, .jpeg, .tiff, or .gif (minimum of 150 dpi, 300 dpi for photographs)

#3 If using Corel Draw - save as .pdf/.eps with text converted to outlines/curves

All text must be converted to outlines/curves for vector files. Please be aware that once this is done, the text in your artwork can no longer be edited. If editing is required, you must include the font with the file, or check with us to see if we have that font available.

If we need to match a specific color, we will need the Pantone PMS Color number. All computers and printers are different, so we cannot match exact colors by screen viewing alone.

Artwork will be billed at $50 per hour, with a minimum art charge of $25
